The Grand Ho Tram Resort & Casino is a dual-resort development encompassing the Intercontinental Grand Ho Tram and The Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach.
While The existing Grand is set to be rebranded as the Intercontinental Grand Ho Tram, the Holiday Inn is in the final stages of its fit-out and is set to open to guests later this year. It will be the first Holiday Inn Resort to open in Vietnam, with 560-keys dedicated to contemporary family fun. Connecting directly to The Intercontinental, the Holiday Inn will have direct access to the Ballroom, restaurants, spa, as well as Vietnam’s top golf course – The Bluffs.
The InterContinental Grand Ho Tram, is a 533-key luxury integrated resort with an array of restaurants, bars, lounges, and clubs as well as a state-of-the-art convention center that can accommodate up to 1,300 people in its expansive ballroom and five meeting rooms. The resort includes outdoor pools for both adults and kids, gym, Spa, and retail stores and is home to Vietnam’s first international standard casino with 90 tables and 500 electronic gaming machines.
The Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach will be a 502-key hotel featuring facilities geared for family fun. Guests can enjoy their time at swimming in its pools and enjoy captivating views over Vietnam’s stunning East Sea and pristine natural forests from its breathtaking 360-degree rooftop bar. The hotel connects directly to such entertainment areas as our cinema, bowling arcade, food court and water park.
The two resorts combine to offer an unrivalled MICE offering including: a convention center for meetings and events which hosts up to 1,300 people with plans to expand this to up to 3000 in future.
Also situated on the Ho Tram Strip is the renowned 18-hole links Championship Links-style golf course, The Bluffs, designed by storied golf professional cum course designer Greg Norman. The Bluffs was the first course in Vietnam to ever be ranked in the Top 100 global golf courses by Golf Digest – the gold standard of international course ratings.
