ACDL, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Ho Tram Project Company, Ltd (HTP) is the developer of the Ho Tram located in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province of Vietnam.

The Grand Ho Tram is a world class integrated resort facility being developed in phases situated on 164 contiguous hectare (405 acres) of pristine beach front property located in Ho Tram.

The first phase of The Grand Ho Tram development includes the InterContinental Grand Ho Tram, the Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach, the renowned The Bluffs Ho Tram, a Greg Norman designed links-style championship golf course, which in 2015 was named the World’s Best New Golf Course and is currently ranked #35 in The World by Golf Digest, and Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion.

ACDL & HTP is invested & managed by NewCity Capital and Lodgis Hospitality, a joint venture between the world's leading private equity investment fund Warburg Pincus and Vietnam's leading investment management company VinaCapital.
