How to get here
We offer free shuttle service to and from The Grand Ho Tram. If you would like to use this service, please contact us in advance.
Our complimentary daily shuttle bus is available at Vinatex Building, 14 Vo Van Kiet, Sai Gon Ward (corner of Nam Ky Khoi Nghia & Vo Van Kiet) and The Panorama CN5 Area, 22 P Street, Tan Hung Ward. We will pick you up and drop you off in front of the hotel.
Bus schedules can be adjusted. The bus seats are subject to availability with advance booking required.
*** Shuttle bus to and from Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion will depart/arrive 5 minutes later.
Please be at the bus stop (Vinatex Building / The Panorama CN5) 20 minutes prior to departure time.
The bus will depart on schedule. The bus is not responsible for delays caused by late arrivals.
Service is exclusively for guests staying at The Grand Ho Tram complex.
First come, first served, subject to availability.
The trip takes approximately 3 hours, traffic permitting.
Book seats in advance with Reservations or Concierge.
The bus only stops for emergencies.
Food, drinks, smoking, eating, and running are prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
Seat belts must be fastened while the bus is in motion. Guests who do not comply with local laws are responsible for VND 300,000–500,000 fines.
Guests are responsible for their belongings; the resort is not liable for any loss or damage.
