No warranty

The Grand Ho Tram does not guarantee their accuracy, adequacy or completeness, and to the extent permitted by the law, disclaims its liability for errors or omissions in the documents. Except for warranties which cannot be excluded by the law, no warranty of any kind is made, whether implied, express, or statutory, as to this website and the documents, including but not limited to, warranties of non-infringement, the third-party ownership, or warranties that the computer is free from viruses.

Risks and treatments

The parties are exempted from their liability when there is an interruption or delay in performing any obligations stated in the Terms and Conditions due to causes including but not limited to emergency orders of the Government, court or government actions, emergency regulations, sabotage, riots, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, acts of god, fires, explosions, power outages, serious incidents related to computer hardware or software, late delivery of equipment, actions of third parties, or delays or interruptions in performance beyond the control of the concerned party. Where serious problems cause damages to a part of or whole the computer system of parents and learners without the fault of The Grand Ho Tram or the parents/learners, The Grand Ho Tram will support parents and learners in recovering lost or damaged data.

Emails

The Grand Ho Tram makes no warranty that emails sent to The Grand Ho Tram via the Internet shall be completely secure. The Grand Ho Tram shall not be responsible for any damages incurred by the users if they send their emails to The Grand Ho Tram, or if The Grand Ho Tram sends its emails via the Internet to the users upon their request. The Grand Ho Tram shall not be responsible in any way for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.

Amendment

The Grand Ho Tram shall have, from time to time, the right to amend the Terms and Conditions by its notice on the website.

Commitments to implementation and dispute settlement

Both parties strictly comply with the Terms and Conditions. Any disputes during the implementation will be settled on the basis of negotiation and conciliation. If such disputes cannot be settled, they will be submitted to the competent court.

Applicable law

The Terms and Conditions will be enforced in accordance with the applicable Laws of Vietnam.

All Terms and Conditions are made in Vietnamese and English versions. In case of any conflict between the two versions, the Vietnamese version will be prevailed.
